The portfolio is diversified in Southern California, Central California and Arizona.

Cheese, Vallarta Supermarkets and many others. Interacting with the brokerage community and through our own extensive industry contacts, we are continually seeking additional high-quality national, regional and local tenants to add to this roster.

Over the past five years, we have averaged net acquisitions in excess of 200,000 square feet per year. We look to continue to enhance our portfolio by the acquisition of anchored, well-located shopping centers and office buildings in major metropolitan areas in Southern California.

Our long-term strategy is to acquire and hold investment real estate and includes both geographic and property-type diversification. In addition, our in-house expertise in acquisitions, development, asset management and leasing affords us the ability to redevelop our properties as needed.
